Substitution Policy

Occasionally, substitutions of flower colors, varieties or containers are necessary due to temporary availability issues. 

If it becomes necessary to make substitutions to guarantee freshness and/or delivery in a timely manner, with the flowers you have selected, our experienced florists will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
