If it becomes necessary to make substitutions to guarantee freshness and/or delivery in a timely manner, with the flowers you have selected, our experienced florists will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value. We choose to make our policy known upfront to keep you fully informed and we pride ourselves on doing our absolute best work for you.
